Anti Aging Treatment

Anti aging, anti aging medicine, anti aging skin care, anti aging therapy, anti aging hgh treatment.

A good anti aging treatment to start is a anti aging skin care treatment.

Since the skin you and the others can see and having a good looking skin it is automatically projected over the whole body since the other parts of the body are not visible anyway. Wrinkles are usually a starting point for a anti aging skin care treatment.  The best is naturally to try to prevent wrinkles from developing.

On a anti aging skin care treatment tour the best is start on your whole body, not just your face. Exercise is a excellent anti aging treatment it not only makes you feel good, but it helps you look good too and if you do it at home, which is easily possible it won't cost you money either. Most exercise increases blood flow that allows new cell growth.

A visit to a sauna, if you don't have one at home is another effective and

economic   anti aging treatment. Sweating releases toxins and impurities from the skin.

An anti aging treatment by visiting a sauna regularly might help to delay wrinkles to  appearing, sooner or later wrinkles will appear anyway but it can be delayed to a great extend.

With the years the skin becomes drier. The process to generate new cells slows down. Exfoliating is a anti aging process to eliminating dead skin cells Exfoliate the skin on a regularly base to allow new skin to grow. This will not only eliminate dead skin, it also will make the skin look brighter.

A good moisturizer is also essential for good anti aging treatment vitamin C as a add in to the anti aging moisturizer keep your complexion lighter. A other anti aging treatment is to prevent age spots and /or brown marks on your face. Vitamin C can also help to delay this process substantially. Moisturizing in the morning and before you go to sleep will keep your skin fresh.

Can you guess how old I am? If there is indeed a fountain d youth, it flows from within, say these eight radiant beauties. For them, aging well begins with the belief that the best is yet to come. Turn the page to learn how these wonder women embrace the years with grace

Activist, model, breast-cancer survivor

"Surviving cancer has allowed me to be an example of hope to others, I found a malignant mass in 1999 during a breast self-examination. I went through radiation for eight months, no chemotherapy. I didn't lose my hair or my breasts. Prayer, meditationanti-aging treatment and plenty of fruits and vegetables kept me together. Early detection is critical My mother survived four bouts of cancer, so t know this.

"When I was younger I felt awkward about my appearance. My forehead was too big and my behind was too flat. It was after I learned to accept my looks just the way I am that I became a model at age 40.

"It has taken some time for me to find my purpose. When I lost my job as an account executive, a job I'd held for 14 years it took a while for me to bounce back. I eventually raised the funding to open the Agape Restoration Center Inc., a small nonprofit to held homeless women with children regain self-sufficiency. Setting up this shelter, being able to give to others--its a miracle."

Barbara Berry

Social butterfly, great cook, dancer

"I started dancing professionally when I was 22. Dancing is second nature for me. Before began my career at Delta Airlines I performed with The Dells, Dinah Washington and Tito Puente. Dancing kept me on the road, but I eventually slowed down to enjoy my first marriage and my baby boy. I've been married to my current husband, Marc, for ten years.

"I can fry some chicken, so I'm on that treadmill every day. In addition to the treadmill, I lift light free weights to keep my arms from getting flabby, and do crunches to prevent my middle from expanding. I'm a meat eater, but I do watch the sweets and eat sensibly throughout the day.

"Life is full of laughter and tears, so seize the fun while it's happening, then ride out the storms. They always pass. I go out with Marc or friends at least three times a week. I love live music, something I can dance to. I stay positive because I talk to God Monday through Sunday. I may not make it to church every week, but I'm on my knees in prayer every day." Authors,Coco and Connie Bennett

Fitness gurus, bakers, best friends

"We're fitness pioneers," says identical twin Connie (far right). "Our parents were very disappointed when we bypassed graduate school to join a dance troupe. While we pranced around as unpaid dancers, we supported ourselves by working in a local gym. The 1980's fitness craze hit, and the next thing we knew, I was working

for Jane Fonda's fitness business; Coco was teaching at a swanky sports club in Sweden," she says of her twin. "Today we're instructors at Rancho La Puerta Health and Fitness Resort in Tecate, Mexico. When we're not teaching African dance, we're baking or training for marathons."

"Every day we choose health," says Coco (right). "We choose fitness. It's nonnegotiable. At the moment my workout routine is 15 minutes a day--five

minutes on the step, five minutes of weight training and five minutes of balance training on the ball. That's it. If we're training for a marathon, obviously we run a lot more. Connie has completed eight marathons in nine years, and I've completed four. "When we began, we actually thought we'd have to slow down at 40. But we're still going strong, making a living out of what we love. Some of the best teachers at the ranch are in their fifties and sixties." Author Nikkole Denson

Classical pianist, bridge fanatic

"Our bond is unbreakable," says Nikkole, 34, of her relationship with morn Beverlee and grandmom Barbara. "We share a strong work ethic, and we're all very independent women."

"If you're a mother it's hard not to focus all your energy on your children," Beverlee, 65, says. "Nikkole always reminds me to do things for me, and I've finally started listening to her. You can regularly catch me swimming in my pool or fixing my favorite seafood casserole."

"You've got to stay active," says gran Barbara, 89. "I play bridge two or three times a week. Even though a leg injury has slowed me down a bit physically, I keep my mind moving."

"Life is easier if you spend more time with positive people," Nikkole adds. "Toxic folks just take all the joy out of life."

Linda Wood-Hoyte

Bodybuilder, grandmother, pet lover

"I picked up my first free weight at 39. Six months later I entered a bodybuilding competition. Today I'm a national and international bodybuilding champion. I just opened a private training studio in Manhattan's trendy Tribeca neighborhood.

"Obstacles just make you stronger and smarter. For my sixtieth birthday I set a goal of squatting with 450-pound weights. Did that. I've always been afraid of motorcycles, so I took a class. Fear gone. That's done.
"Everything in your life works better when you take care of you. I do cardio training every day and weight-train three times a week. When I'm not running my new studio, I'm at home with my son and 7-year-old grandson.

"My grandson is my buddy. We skate, swim and share a very special love for pets. This is where the richness in life comes in, surrounding yourself with the ones you love."
