nonnegotiable. At
the moment my
workout routine is
15 minutes a
day--five

step, five
minutes of
weight training
and five minutes
of balance
training on the
ball. That's it.
If we're
training for a
marathon,
obviously we run
a lot more.
Connie has
completed eight
marathons in
nine years, and
I've completed
four.
"When we began,
we actually
thought we'd
have to slow
down at 40. But
we're still
going strong,
making a living
out of what we
love. Some of
the best
teachers at the
ranch are in
their fifties
and sixties."
